The original cheesecake dip recipe calls for regular sugar, but because we’re going to make this keto-friendly, we’re substituting sugar for your favorite sweetener.

Sweeten to taste! Remember, some sweeteners taste very sweet, so you’ll need to adjust the amount to your liking.

What fruits to serve cheesecake dip with

I’d love to say that you can enjoy this cheesecake dip with all fruit, but then that wouldn’t be very keto-like of me!

Being on the keto diet means we are fairly limited as to what fruits we can enjoy. This is something I have to honestly say I have a hard time with. I love ALL fruits, especially bananas and pineapples, but both are ridiculously high in sugar and not keto-friendly at all.

The best fruits to enjoy this cream cheese fruit dip with are:

  • strawberries
  • raspberries
  • blackberries
  • blueberries
  • watermelon
  • peaches, and
  • cantaloupe

Now, keep in mind that the last two fruits are not high on the keto-friendly fruit list, so eat those in moderation.

Here’s a great detailed article on the best fruits to eat on a keto diet.

Tips for making the best cheesecake dip

While this cheesecake fruit dip recipe uses vanilla yogurt, you are free to use any flavor you desire, as long as it is sugar-free to keep it keto-friendly. You can easily turn this into a strawberry cheesecake fruit dip by using strawberry yogurt!

You can use plain yogurt and add a splash of vanilla in it to give it that vanilla kick.

For a super smooth and super creamy fruit dip, you can use a mixer and whip it, whip it good! I’d recommend beating it for at least 5 minutes.

This cheesecake fruit dip can be altered a million ways or more! You can have fun experimenting with different flavors every time you make it. Let me know in the comments below how you changed it up a bit if you did!
