Pinterest Hidden Image

Sometimes, being on the keto diet means we have to give up our favorite fruits like pineapples, bananas, and grapes, to name a few of the yummy fruits that go into a fresh fruit salad, but we’ve got ya covered here.

This wonderfully easy and creamy fruit salad will have you running to the market to buy all the keto fruits. A delicious blend of summer fruit and a Greek yogurt dressing make the perfect low-carb summer fruit salad.

So picture for a minute fresh watermelon, tangy berries, sweet cantaloupe, and juicy strawberries all coming together for the best fruit salad you’ve ever had. Toss in some pecans and even shredded coconut if you feel adventurous, and voila.

What I Love About This Fresh Fruit Salad

One thing I miss the most about being on a keto diet is enjoying ambrosia fruit salad—all those scrumptious fruity flavors in a bowl. I’m drooling. But this keto fresh fruit salad makes me forget those pineapple days.

This easy fruit salad is not only filling but also super nutritious, too. According to the Harvard School of Public Health:

Berries are among the top sources of vitamins, minerals, and disease-fighting nutrients, and they can help reduce the risk of many age-related conditions, according to experts.

And let’s not forget that keto fruits are low in sugar and low on the carb scale, so they are perfect for diabetics and those following a strict low-sugar diet.
