I buy these items often as a part of my keto grocery list. These are my favorite keto ingredients I always have on hand to mak my favorite keto recipes. 

Erythritol and Monk Fruit Sweetener

Use this Erythritol & Monk Fruit Sweetener in your favorite cooking and baking recipes as a substitute for brown sugar.

Keto Test Strips

I used these keto test strips at the beginning og my journey to test for ketosis. Handy to see which foods know you out. 

Keto Magnesium

The best type of magnesium for keto, it’s highly absorbable and will help you to sleep better and stay regular among so many other benefits. 

Psyllium Husk Powder

This Psyllium Husk Powder is amazing as a binder in gluten-free baking AND it helps you to increase your fiber intake. That will help keep things regular which can be hard on keto. 

Stevia Packets

These are the cleanest keto sweetener packets I have found. They contain no harmful sugar-alternatives and are great to take around with you in your purse to sweeten coffee or tea. 

Organic Coconut Flour

Use Organic Coconut Flour for gluten free baking, to thicken sauces, soups and gravies, or to increase the fiber and protein content of foods.

Keto Collagen Powder

This collagen chocolate protein powder (also comes in vanilla and unflavored) with MCT oil provides a boost of energy, keeps you fuller longer and supports healthy skin, hair and nails. 

Keto Chocolate Chips

These chocolate chips are keto friendly and great for baking or making your favorite chocolate sauce! 

Unflavored Collagen Powder

Collagen helps to repair and maintain your skin, hair, nails and joints! It contains an essential amino acid that gradually declines with age. This collagen protein is unflavoured making it easy to add to anything!

Blanched Almond Flour

Almond flour is a staple on the keto diet and this one is my favorite. It’s affordable and great quality.

Exogenous Ketones

I use Exogenous Ketones to help me get into ketosis quickly after a cheat meal or when I’m just starting a keto cycle. 

Avocado Oil Mayonnaise

This will be your go-to keto mayonnaise on a low carb diet. It’s made with avocado oil and delicious! 


Every keto kitchen needs a spiralizer. Use it to make zoodles for your marinara meat sauce. 

Xanthan Gum

Xanthan Gum is great for thickening gravies and giving you that gooey texture in your keto baking.


Probiotics help to keep my gut healthy for maximum absorption of nutrients, weight loss and overall health. 

Keto Honey Mustard

A delicious sugar-free keto honey mustard sauce. Use it as a dipping sauce or a marinade for your favorite fish and meats.
