Why I Love These Keto Turkey Meatballs So Much
I love meat—all meat. And I really love meatballs, but sometimes I get bored with regular ground beef meatballs, and my taste buds want something fresh and new! In walks keto turkey meatballs.
Not only are they full of yummy turkey flavor, but can we talk about how easy they are to make? You can even make a batch ahead, freeze it, and poof! Dinner is ready when you’re in a pinch.
What You Need to Make Keto Turkey Meatballs
I’ve used pork rinds in this keto turkey meatballs recipe, but you can also use almond flour. The carb count will change slightly. You can also use flavored pork rinds to spice up your meatballs! Yum!
I like using milk in all my meatball recipes because it adds moisture to the finished product. You can leave out the milk, but keep in mind that they may be a bit on the dry side, as ground turkey is a leaner protein.
