How can we get rid of that excess fat around our waistline to quickly fit in a pair of pants or a cute little dress? Here is my personal experience on how to lose weight fast in a month without exercise.

The simplest way to get the body you’ve always dreamed about is to lose weight through the way you eat. You don’t need any diet pills or special foods; all you need to do is get your hands on some healthy recipes for weight loss, follow them exactly as they are laid out in a menu plan, and watch your stomach slim down before your very eyes!

Now, if you want to kick this up a notch, you will pair this with intermittent fasting. That will enable you to lose 15 pounds or more in a month without exercise! I’ve done this before; I know it’s possible. If you can be disciplined for just 30 days, you can do this!

There are many benefits associated with intermittent fasting (IF) that make it stand out as one of the best ways to lose weight fast in a month. One of these benefits is that you can eat whatever you want and still lose weight because your body will use your stored fat for energy!

Let’s say, for example, I ate at 6 pm last night. That means I would skip breakfast today and go directly to lunch. This also means I would only be eating between noon and 6 pm ONLY five days this week. The other two days, if I really wanted to kick this up to the max, I would probably do alternate-day fasting. My caloric intake would consist of zero calories because I would be fasting during those times.

This may sound crazy, but let me tell you how intermittent fasting works: After 18 hours of not eating, your body will begin to burn its glycogen stores for energy. Once these are depleted, the body begins producing ketone bodies instead to use for energy.

So, by NOT breaking my fast until noon, I would be going 18-20 hours without food, almost a full day with absolutely no caloric intake!
