I'm a keto cycler. I believe in balance, living an easy life that's all about moderation. Whenever I try to stick to keto, I fail in the long-term. I instead do a 28-day keto cycle several times a year. This helps me to maintain any weight loss I've achieved plus lose more weight until I get to my goal weight. I also find that doing these keto challenges helps to align my eating habits with better health.

It's become second nature for me to choose lower carb options even when I'm not eating keto. This has been crucial in maintaining my ketogenic health benefits when I'm off cycle. Benefits such as a much easier menstrual cycle, mental clarity, energy, great skin and of course weight loss among a host of other ketogenic benefits.

Intermittent Fasting (IF) helps me to lose weight faster. I've tried only keto and I've tried only IF. Results come much quicker when I combine the two.
