- 2 t. fresh lemon juice
- 2 T. capers, drained
- 3 T. fresh dill, chopped
- Sea salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 large seedless cucumber
- 2 oz. smoked salmon

How to Prepare Salmon Cucumber Rolls
