A delicious single-serve dessert made quickly in a microwave.
1¾tspunsweetened cocoa powder
1½tbspmonk fruit sweetener
¼tsppure vanilla extract
¼tsppink Himalayan salt
Melt butter in your mug in a microwave for several seconds. Add monk fruit sweetener and stir until completely dissolved. Add egg, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and salt to the butter mixture and whisk to combine.
Add the first three ingredients to a small mixing bowl and stir to combine.
Add dry ingredients to your mug with the wet ingredients and stir until thoroughly blended. Microwave on high for 2 minutes.*
Remove from microwave and serve immediately with fresh sliced strawberries, if desired. Enjoy!
