These air fryer radishes come out tender, lightly crisp, and surprisingly comforting. They’re simple, cozy, and perfect when you want an easy keto side without overthinking it.

radishes
about 500g or 1.1 lb

olive oil

teaspoon
garlic powder

dried rosemary

Instructions
Slice radishes in half and place them in a bowl.
Add olive oil and all seasonings, then toss to coat evenly.
Place radishes in the air fryer basket and cook at 180C or 350F for 15 minutes.
Stir or shake the basket, then cook for another 15 minutes until tender.
Serve warm and enjoy.
Notes
Swap radishes for turnips, zucchini, or mushrooms if needed.
Use avocado oil instead of olive oil if you prefer.
Add grated parmesan or butter after cooking for extra comfort.
