I love making air fryer steak bites. It is an easy way to get a low-carb meal on the table and ensure that every piece of meat is cooked perfectly. Discover how these little pieces of steak can change your dinner options for the better.
Slice the ribeye steak into bite-sized pieces. Then add it to a medium-sized bowl.
To the bowl add salt, black pepper and garlic powder. Toss the pieces so they are coated. Next, drizzle the avocado oil and Worcestershire sauce over the seasoned steak bites and toss again to ensure they are completely coated.
Arrange the steak bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Make sure they are not overcrowded. You may need to cook in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
Place the air fryer basket in the air fryer and cook the steak bites at 400 F for six to eight minutes. You may want to flip them halfway through the cooking time. My air fryer prompts me at the halfway mark to flip food. Sometimes I do, sometimes I don’t. Chef’s choice.
Once cooked, remove the steak bites from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes.
Meanwhile, melt the butter in the microwave and then drizzle over the rested steak bites. Toss to coat them in the butter. Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley over the steak bites as a garnish. Serve and enjoy.
Notes
These steak bites are great as a pass-around food at a party. Just pierce each piece with oversized cocktail skewers.Feel free to add additional seasonings or herbs to your steak bites according to your taste preferences. For example, for a spicier steak, try using Old Bay Seasoning. For a simpler taste, leave out the garlic powder. If you’re not a fan of Worcestershire Sauce, you can always substitute this homemade steak seasoning recipe.
