This baked goat cheese dip has all of the ingredients that low-carb eaters love, including cream cheese. It's become my second favorite appetizer to make, ever since mastering the spinach and artichoke dip in the Crock Pot. I think you'll love it, too — especially since each serving has only two total carbs. Best of all, this is a dip that you can throw together in under half an hour.

Ingredients
8ouncesgoat cheese
1/2cupcream cheese
1/4cupplain Greek yogurtor sour cream
1clovegarlicminced
1tablespoonolive oil
1/4teaspoondried rosemary
1/4teaspoondried thyme
saltto taste
black pepperto taste
1teaspoonhoneyto garnish
3tablespoonswalnuts or almondschopped, optional as a topping
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 F.
In a bowl, mix the goat cheese, cream cheese and Greek yogurt or sour cream until smooth.
Add the minced garlic, olive oil, rosemary/thyme, salt and pepper. If you prefer a touch of sweetness, stir in 1 teaspoon of honey.
Transfer the mixture to a lightly greased small, oven-safe baking dish.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the top is slightly golden and creamy.
Remove from the oven, sprinkle with nuts and drizzle with more honey if desired.
