The stuffing aka the creamy spinach was so delicious that we realized it could be a recipe on its own that you might want to make to serve with another meat dish. So we created this recipe for how you can transform this leafy green into a creamy, delicious side dish.

Ingredients
2tablespoonsextra virgin olive oil
10cupsbaby spinachchopped
1/4cupheavy cream
4ouncescream cheesesoftened and cut into small chunks
1/2teaspoongarlic powder
sea salt and black pepperto taste
Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Gradually add the spinach and sauté briefly just until it wilts. Continue until all of the spinach has been added and wilted down. Do not overcook.
Add the heavy cream, cream cheese and garlic powder. Season with salt and black pepper, to taste, and stir to combine. Stir frequently until the cream cheese completely melts and the mixture is heated through.
Remove from heat and serve immediately with your choice of main dishes. Enjoy!
