Keto Cobb Salad with Ranch Dressing Using Greek Yogurt
Cobb salad is traditionally served with a vinaigrette dressing. However, in making this keto version of a cobb salad, I decided to put together a homemade ranch dressing using Greek yogurt. I think you'll love how those flavors work together. There are a number of reasons I love this Keto Cobb Salad and why I think you will, too. A biggie is this kind of salad is perfect for using up leftovers from other meals. For instance, this salad includes sliced hard boiled eggs as well as cooked bacon. Where did I get those ingredients? They were leftovers from making air fryer bacon as well as boiled eggs in the air fryer.

Top with the fresh chives and serve immediately with the ranch dressing and fresh lime wedges on the side. Enjoy!
Notes
The macros for this recipe is probably higher than you're used to for a keto recipe. However, the nutritional information for this cobb salad includes the dressing, which has some higher carb ingredients, such as buttermilk. If you're concerned about the net carbs, cut back on the amount of dressing you use.If you don't have Worcestershire sauce for making the dressing, you can use one of these Worcestershire sauce substitutes.
