Pour everything into a large (at least 6 cups) air-tight container and shake well to incorporate all the ingredients thoroughly.
Use 1/4 cup of this mix with 1 tablespoon coconut oil, 1 egg and 2 tbsp milk of your choice to make 1 serving which is 2 medium-sized pancakes.
