At On and Off Keto, we understand how difficult it is to stay 100% keto. We want snacks, dammit. Our goal is to provide healthy keto recipes and informative blogs and at the same time, share some less than keto recipes, but still healthy!

Hey there! I’m Iva, a Keto enthusiast who believes in balance.

I found the keto diet in 2020 and lost 5 lbs, but most importantly, my health drastically improved. My skin got clearer, I had more energy, and I felt like a million bucks every day, which made me fall in love with the diet. It’s fairly easy to follow, I don’t feel like I’m starving, and the food options are tasty and not bland and boring.

It’s the first way of life that seemed really easy to follow that would help me stay healthy and fit.

However.

I believe in balance—everything in moderation. The keto diet restricts things I’ve come to accept as very healthy and good for me. Things like fruit and oatmeal.

Oatmeal is a superfood, what do you mean I can’t have any more oatmeal?!

It’s with this in mind that I have declared myself on and off keto.

I created this site for people who do want to live the keto lifestyle but also want to eat oatmeal, bananas, corn, and other foods every so often.
