Making these salmon patties in the air fryer is easier than baking them in the oven or frying them in a pan. What also makes them easy is you're using canned salmon from your low carb pantry, meaning you probably have all the ingredients you already need on hand. Each serving has one gram of net carbs. Enjoy!

Notes
This recipe calls for canned salmon. However, if you have salmon filets leftover from another meal, you can absolutely use that, too. Regardless of whether you're using fresh or canned salmon, crush all big pieces into tiny chunks, which make it easier to form the patties. And be sure to remove any bones from the fish.If you don't have an air fryer or don't want to use one, you can also bake this recipe in muffin tins as fritters. You'll want to use shallow muffin tins so they come out more like burgers and less like muffins with a puffy top.
