Ingredients
4ouncescream cheesesoftened
4largeeggs
4tablespoonscoconut flour
1teaspoonbaking powder
1tablespoonmelted butter
2teaspoonsvanilla extract
1tablespoonmonkfruit sweetener
1tablespoonsugar-free cocoa powder
Instructions
Preheat waffle iron according to instructions
Combine eggs, cream cheese, and melted butter well, using a whisk or personal blender
Add all other ingredients to mixture and combine well
Add half of this batter to heated waffle iron, if using full-size iron. Use a smaller amount if using a mini waffle maker
To remaining batter, add the optional ingredients to make sweet waffle.
