Ingredients
1medium head cauliflowercut into bite-sized pieces
2tbspextra virgin olive oil
1/2tspgarlic powder
1/8tspcrushed red pepper
sea salt and black pepperto taste
3tbspfreshly grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Place the top oven rack in the center position and preheat the oven to 400ºF. Line a large, rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
Combine the cauliflower, olive oil, garlic powder, and crushed red pepper in a large bowl. Season with salt and black pepper, to taste, and toss to combine.
Arrange the seasoned cauliflower on the prepared baking sheet and spread into a single layer. Do not overcrowd.
Place baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast for 10 minutes. Remove and turn the cauliflower. Return to the oven for another 10-15 minutes, or until the cauliflower is fork-tender and golden brown. Do not overcook.
Remove from the oven and transfer to a serving bowl. Sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese and serve immediately. Enjoy!
