The Charm of Roasted Cauliflower

Roasting cauliflower brings out its natural sweetness while adding a delightful crunch. Plus, it’s a breeze to prepare, making it an excellent side dish for busy weeknights or relaxed weekend dinners.

Ingredients

This recipe requires only a few ingredients: fresh cauliflower, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, and black pepper. Despite its simplicity, this dish packs a flavorful punch. You can also customize it by adding your favorite herbs or spices.

  • 1 medium head cauliflower cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 T. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 t. garlic powder
  • 1/8 t. crushed red pepper
  • sea salt and black pepper to taste
  • 3 T. freshly grated Parmesan cheese

The Process

Start by preheating your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. While the oven is heating, cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets. Toss the florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper until they’re well coated.

Next, spread the cauliflower out on a baking sheet in a single layer. This allows each piece to roast evenly and develop a nice, golden brown color. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and slightly crispy.

And there you have it! Your Easy Roasted Cauliflower is ready to be served and enjoyed.

The Verdict

The Easy Roasted Cauliflower recipe is a testament to the beauty of simplicity. It’s quick, easy, and absolutely delicious. Plus, it’s keto-friendly, making it a great option for those following a low-carb diet. So why not give it a try? You might just discover your new favorite way to enjoy cauliflower.
