When you're eating low carb, getting froyo on a regular basis is probably off limits. But you don't have to miss out on this warm-weather treat. These frozen vanilla yogurt bites are a treat you can make at home and enjoy without blowing your day's carb count.

Ingredients
2cups Greek yogurt, vanilla
1/2cupblueberriesfresh or frozen
1/2cupstrawberriessliced
1/2cupgranolaoptional
Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy removal.
In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt with the vanilla extract. if using plain yogurt. Mix well until smooth
Using a spoon, drop 2-3 tablespoon dollops of the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.
On each yogurt dollop, evenly distribute blueberries, sliced strawberries and a sprinkle of granola, if using granola.
Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for at least 2-4 hours or until the yogurt is fully frozen and firm.
Once the yogurt bites are completely frozen, remove them from the freezer. Enjoy them immediately.
Notes
Store in an airtight container or freezer bag in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.To save on carbs, skip the granola topping. You'll reduce the net carbs by 2 g per serving.
