Whenever I’m craving something sweet, my go-to fix is this low carb chocolate mug cake that you make in the microwave. Don’t know about mug cakes yet? Be prepared for me to blow your mind. They are the easisest desserts to make — ever.

Ingredients
3tablespoonsalmond flour
2tablespoonsartificial sweetener
1tablespooncocoa powder
1tablespoonsugar free chocolate chips
1tablespoonheavy cream
1tablespoonvegetable oil
1/4teaspoonbaking powder
1/4teaspoonsalt
1/2teaspoonvanilla extract
Instructions
In a 8 to 12 oz mug, add the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt and sweetener. Mix until well combined.
Then add the heavy cream, oil, vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
Top with sugar-free chocolate chips.
Put in the microwave for 1 minute and 45 seconds, or add a few more seconds, if the cake batter still seems too moist and wet.
While this recipe is called a mug cake, I'll often make it in a ramekin as well.You can make this recipe using coconut flour but keep in mind that coconut flour has almost double the carbs of almond flour. That's why I chose almond flour to keep the carbs down. However, if you cannot eat almond flour, by all means substitute coconut or another low-carb flour. But keep in mind that the nutritional information I've provided will not be accurate.
