Fresh or Frozen Air Fryer Fish?

It is possible to use frozen fish filets in this dish, but there are a few things to consider.

First, it is important to thaw the fish properly before cooking it. The best way to thaw frozen fish is to place it in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight. This will ensure that the fish thaws evenly and will prevent the growth of harmful bacteria.

When cooking frozen fish in an air fryer, it is important to note that it may take longer to cook than fresh or thawed fish. It is also important to make sure the fish is cooked all the way through to ensure that it is safe to eat.

When using frozen fish filets in this recipe, you may also want to adjust the cooking time slightly. Check the fish for doneness a couple of minutes early, to ensure that it does not overcook.

The texture of frozen fish may be different from fresh fish. The texture may be a bit more rubbery and less flaky, but the overall taste will remain the same.

In summary, it is possible to use frozen fish filets in this dish, but it is important to thaw the fish properly and to adjust the cooking time slightly. Keep in mind that the texture of frozen fish may be different from fresh fish.
