Pour a small amount in your waffle maker making sure there's no spill over
Cook for about two minutes or until steam stops escaping from the sides
Place on cooling rack for 5 minutes to cool and firm up

I recommend placing these on a cooling rack for a few minutes when you remove them from the waffle iron. This gives them the opportunity to firm up without becoming soggy or limp since chaffles made with cream cheese are very soft and cake-like in texture.Feel free to add sugar-free chocolate chips in these to make a delicious keto double chocolate chip waffle.This recipe made 7 mini waffles for me, though there was overspill on my first two attempts so I'm sure you'll be able to make 8 if you're more careful. This gives you the perfect pairing to stuff them like my Red Velvet Whoopie Pie Chaffles.
