Keto Cobb Salad with Homemade Ranch Dressing
When I used to work in a sports bar, the cobb salad was my favorite healthy meal to order off the menu. I now make this Keto Cobb Salad with Homemade Ranch Dressing at home to recreate those flavors.
I love cobb salads because they’re huge, packed with lots of flavors and incredible healthy ingredients that keep me fuller, longer. This is the perfect salad to have for lunch on a busy day when you want to keep your meal light but stay full and sharp all day long.
It’s surprisingly also kid-friendly as my munchkin loves this salad, perhaps because of all the cheese and crispy bacon pieces.
