Sliced Almonds Dark Chocolate Fat Bombs

A great keto fat bomb to keep on hand for that chocolate craving
- 1 stick salted butter (melted)
- 1/2 cup dark cocoa powder

- 1/4 cup keto sweetener (I used Pyure)
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1/4 tsp almond essence
Mix all ingredients together reserving some almonds to top with.
Pour into an 8 inch baking dish, add reserved almonds to top and freeze for at least one hour.
Break apart into roughly 10 pieces and keep in the freezer, taking out pieces as needed.
