Keto Lupin Flour Pizza Crust
The recipe for my lupin pizza is incredibly easy. All you need are:
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup lupin flour
- salt and herbs and spices to taste
Notice, there’s no cream cheese in the crust. You can add it if you’d like, but I was pleasantly surprised to learn that I didn’t need cream cheese in fathead dough because I was all out on this day.
You’ll want to zap the mozzarella cheese in the microwave for about a minute long to get it melted. Allow it to cool a bit so it doesn’t scramble your egg. Mix in your egg and other ingredients until you get this sticky dough.

Roll it out inbetween two sheets of parchment paper to your desired thickness. Then prebake it in a 400ºF oven for about 8 minutes.
If you’re lost and not sure how to get started with the keto diet, this meal plan is for you. It’s a fool-proof guide to winning at the high-fat, low-carb lifestyle. Enter your details below and start now!

Then, it’s time to add your toppings! On this day, I went with bacon and red peppers.

I used Rao’s Marinara as my tomato sauce and it was so incredibly good. Pop your pizza back in the oven for another 8-10 minutes or until everything is bubbly and melted.
